Ronny Gottschlich
Heunadel Retail Advisory Ronny Gottschlich & Associates, The Member of the Supervisory Board Studenac Retail,ex-CEO Lidl UK
From 2003, Mr. Gottschlich had been working at the Lidl branch in Great Britain. First, he held the position of regional director, and from autumn 2010 as CEO of Lidl UK. Until 2016 he directed the British discount department. During this time, he managed to change the perception of the discounter and create a modern store concept. In 2017, Mr. Gottschlich founded Heunadel Retail Advisory, a platform that helps retailers improve the performance of their stores, as well as tailor them to customer needs. He is also a member of the Supervisory Board of the Croatian retail chain Studanec Retail.

Petro Pylypiuk is the CEO and co-owner of the international company Modern-Expo Group, key manufacturer and supplier of complete retail solutions in Central and Eastern Europe. Together with his team he develops Modern-Expo efficiency and actively works on innovations implementation. He is an expert in various retail spheres and uses different instruments to develop the company. One of such instruments is LEAN methodology.
Jerzy Tymofiejew

A graduate of the Silesian University of Technology (Master degree in Technology and Construction Management ). Before he moved into the retail industry, Mr. Tymofiejew spent a few years in the construction industry managing construction sites in Poland and Germany. For 8 years he worked in the Polish and British branches of the Lidl chain, where he held the Store Construction Executive position.
He joined AmRest in 2013, taking the position of Construction Director CE. From September 2015 he became the Development Director CE and in 2017 took responsibility for development activities on all AmRest markets holding a position of Chief Development Officer.

Leo van de Polder

40 years in the retail Industry. He has many years of experience at the national and International levels in such areas as retail marketing, busmess administration, design management and advertising (concept, branding, communications). For stores of various formats (specialized stores, family businesses. networks, department stores) was engaged in marketing, trade, conceptual design and design Coauthor of books on the organization of retail space
and consumer preferences.
Ana Iorga

An expert in neuroscience. He is a medical doctor, holds a Ph.D. in neuroscience from the Bucharest University of Economics, as well as a double MBA from the University of Ottawa & Bucharest School of Management. A specialist in communication and brand building, she gained experience in such industries as retail, finance or automotive. Member of the Neuromarketing Science and Business Association adviser team. Founder of Buyer Brain, a company engaged in researching and increasing the involvement of consumers. Author of books and scientific publications in the field of neuromarketing.
Jacek Pogorzelski

An expert in the field of marketing strategies, brand management, and customer experience. Doctor of economics in the field of management sciences and a graduate of advanced courses in innovation and business models at Stanford University. Former lecturer of MBA and Executive MBA programs at the Warsaw School of Economics and The Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. The creator of planning and analytical methods and tools in the field of marketing, innovation, insight searching, and market strategy. He worked with companies from more than a dozen industries from Poland, Germany, Great Britain, Spain, Russia, Ukraine, and the USA.

Michał Górski
CEO, Schwitzke&Górski
A graduate of the Faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning at the Cracow University of Technology and MBA at the Polish Open University in Krakow. He has been working as an architect since 2003, since 2006 he has been associated with the Schwitzke GmbH, creating its Polish branch based in Krakow. As the managing director together with the team, he creates new standards for points of sale, commercial and service outlets on the Polish and European market. The main clients of Schwitzke Górski are brands in the fashion sector. The company also implements projects in the catering industry and offices.
Bogdan Łukasik

Bogdan Lukasik is the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the international company Modern-Expo Group, a leading manufacturer and supplier of complete retail solutions in Central and Eastern Europe. After Modern-Expo co-financing in 1997, he is responsible for the company's operational excellence and huge intellectual and industrial potential. He has established a long-term strategic partnership with leading international companies in more than 70 countries of the world.
Igor Didok

One of the best retail marketers in Ukraine - 18 years of professional experience and marketing management. Worked as the Head of Marketing at "Спортмастер", "Пузата хата". Managed the «ДЦ Україна» rebranding, developed and implemented the Watsons Club loyalty program. In 2015-2016 he was the Head of Retail Practice of the FEDORIV branding agency. Since 2017 is the Head of Modern-Expo Marketing Department, a leading manufacturer, and supplier of complete retail solutions in Central and Eastern Europe.
